A Guinness World Book of Records Attempt for the "Most Kites Flown Simultaneously"
To raise funds for our 2009 grant cycle, The New England Children's Foundation is hosting a fundraiser around the US's attempt to break the Guinness World Book of Records for the "most kites flown simultaneously". A Boston based area site has never achieved a world-record before and this effort along with the fun and visual effects will draw Boston's leaders, the press, and 1,000's of the New England Children's Foundation business contacts and their families. The focus of the day will be three fold: raise awareness and necessary funds for New England's neediest children; provide visibility to our sponsors; and most importantly, break the Guinness World Book of Records!

Time: 1:00 Registration begins
1:30 Kite assignments, entertainment and demonstrations including:
- Music by Michael and Marisa
- Face painting
- Stunt kite flying demonstrations
3:00 Launch Kites

4:00 Celebration

The kite flying fee is $20 per person and includes a complementary event kite (some assembly required) if preregistered by Saturday, the 10th of October. The kite flying fee for onsite registration on the 11th of October will be $25 per person and also includes a complementary event kite.

A registration receipt will be emailed to you from the Paypal service. The registration table will have a list of the registered kite flyers. However, please bring your registration receipt with you on the day of the event. Please contact us if you have any issues with this payment service.
